SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

Shipping – UK only

Any orders made will be dispatched within 2 working days.

Orders will be dispatched Mondays, Tuesdays,Thursdays, Fridays and 

Saturday before 11 am (where possible) Bank Holiday postage will usually be on the day after

(PLEASE NOTE THIS HAS CHANGED DUE TO COVID 19 I WILL VISIT THE POST OFFICE AROUND TWICE A WEEK FOR THE TIME BEING).

Shipping costs within the UK

All orders will be sent by Royal Mail

UK Standard delivery 2nd class is £3.49 (up to 2 kg)

UK Standard delivery 2nd class signed for is £4.69 (up to 2kg) 

 

If your parcel exceeds 2kg but is under 4kg the charge will be £7.00 0r between 4kg and 5kg will be £10 for all UK Standard delivery orders (your orders will come out in a maximum of 2kg boxes so you may get 2 or 3 boxes for your order. This is due to the cost of postage and the cheapest postage option that I can offer my customers at the moment.

If you would prefer this option signed for then please email me before you buy so that I can add this postage option to the website.

I also offer a free collection if you live near by

PLEASE NOTE I cannot be held responsible for missing parcels, if you give the wrong address details at checkout.

International Shipping

European Orders - Please note that due to the current uncertainly around the Brexit deal and the trade conditions in 2021 we have had to temporarily stop international orders until at least January. Once it has been made clear what is happening European orders will resume

These will be dispatched with Hermes who offer a trackable service from start to finish (usually around 3-7 working days)

Orders made to USA, Australia and Mexico will be sent by Royal Mail. This is a fixed rate and is always tracked and signed for whenever possible. PLEASE NOTE THAT ROYAL MAIL HAVE PUT UP THE PRICES FOR THESE PARTS OF THE WORLD.

International postage will be shown in checkout but if you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me.

RETURNS POLICY

If, when your order arrives you are not happy with your plastic free products please email as soon as you can.

 

If you decide you do not want your order, I will issue you a refund on the basis that:

 

Notification of a return must be received by eco green revolution within 2 working days of you receiving your order

 

Everything is still packaged, no boxes, jars are open or seals are broken

 

They are in a saleable condition

 

The returns address will be sent to you by email once your returns notification has been received

 

Please send returns back tracked and keep proof of postage as I cannot be held responsible for loss of parcels

 

Once I have received your items and they have been checked, I will issue your refund (excluding shipping costs) and an email will be sent to confirm.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we regret that we cannot accept returns for Eco Femme Sanitary Pads or Earthwise sanitary pads due to hygiene reasons.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged please email and we will try to help resolve your issue.

The return postage costs will be covered by yourself (the purchaser) initially and a proof of postage/receipt obtained (please keep hold of this). Please send back the whole product and in its full packaging.

 

Once goods are received and in the event they were returned due to damage then we will carry out a damage/fault assessment, and once satisfied, postage will be refunded in full.

If for some reason the goods are found not to be faulty or damaged, no refund of postage will be given, but a refund of the value of goods will be refunded in full.
