Have you tried using one of these simple bamboo pot scrapers by Bambu ? If you haven't then read further to see why you might like one. The simple square of bamboo has been shaped to effectively remove stubborn dirt from your pots and pans. It wont scratch your pots or pans and i know some who have used these to scrape their car windows from frost ( although i haven't personally tried that myself).
