This kit includes everything you need to make two biodegradable, cotton scrunchies:
2 x Pre-cut pieces of organic cotton
2 x Pre-cut lengths of plant-based, naturally extruded rubber elastic
And a needle and thread if you don't have a sewing machine or your own sewing supplies
